TT electronics has extensive experience of working with major civil aerospace and global defence contractors, designing and supplying components and systems, engineered to operate in harsh environments.

Our engineering teams have worked on numerous applications for the defence market and our components manage both power and signal demands within the most sophisticated military aircraft and vehicles including Eurofighter, the Chinook helicopter and new vehicles bought by UK and US governments for deployment in Afghanistan.

Our world class electronic components which include high reliability connectors and cable assemblies, microelectronic modules, semiconductors, optoelectronics and magnetics are used by leading defence contractors including BAE Systems, Selex, Smiths Detection and Thales. We are also contracted to work with the MOD on �Role Fit� activity customising rotary and fixed wing aircraft for changing environments.

Within the civil aviation market we provide bespoke solutions designed to address specific applications, often in harsh environments. We have responded to the increased demand for critical electronic components, resulting from the ongoing move from hydraulic to electrical systems, and we supply multiple applications for the latest generation aircraft including the Boeing 787 Dreamliner and the Airbus A380.
