A range of conditions both natural and man-made can be simulated under laboratory conditions to subject your product to vibration, impact, shock, bump, drop, topple, free fall, squeak and rattle (equipment in silent mode), achieved using sinusoidal, random, sine on random, swept sine on random, gunfire and shaker-induced shock (including SRS).

Dynamic testing can be combined with climatic conditions, such as temperature and humidity, to further simulate the expected environmental conditions to which your product will be subjected.

TT Electronics' Testing Solutions facility has a variety of vibration testing methods that can reproduce low and high frequency conditions. A combination slip table can also be used to maintain the product under test in its true mounting altitude, unlike traditional test methods of rotating the samples through three axis on a cube fixture.

The systems also have the capability to operate in silent mode and can be used for squeak and rattle testing.


Products in and out of their packaging can be tested to prove the robustness against impact, shock, bump, drop and topple and free fall.
