TT Electronics' magnetics provide high reliability for power and communications in implantable or external medical devices.
Miniaturisation in ultra-fine wire winding makes it possible to produce smaller medical device technologies. This means significant benefits to design engineers such as:
The use of ultra-fine wire also makes it possible to create smaller medical device navigation technologies, with benefits including:
TT Electronics is regularly involved in the development of new devices for invasive and non-invasive products. Applications that use our devices include:
TT Electronics offers ultra-fine wire winding capabilities include ultra-fine 58 AWG, unique-in-the-industry angular wire winding, a wide range of value-added services and an in-house clean room.
We also offer ultra-small diameter rod core winding technology for diameters as small as 0.125mm. The wires can be as small as 1/10th the diameter of a human hair, enabling noteworthy miniaturisation potential in charging and receiving devices for a number of industries.
TT Electronics offers a full range of electrical tests for optimal quality and performance, including dielectric, resistance, insulation resistance and inductance. Dialectric tests a range of 0-10 kVAC/DC and resistance tests ranges from micro ohms to mega ohms. We also provide insulation resistance testing and measure inductance from low frequency to Megahertz range.
