Step 1: Online application - Once you click ‘Apply online now’ on our Gradcracker Hub, you’ll be taken to the TT careers site. Set up your candidate profile and apply using your CV. Here, you will be asked to answer a small number of application questions relevant to the role for which you’re applying.
Once you’ve submitted your application, the recruitment team will manually review it. We’ll review all applications after the closing date and aim to come back to you within 2 weeks.
Step 2: If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to attend an assessment centre. Our assessment centres will take place on the 24th or 25th March 2026 (depending on the role) at our Manchester facility and will include a group activity and an individual interview, with a presentation. Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.
You’ll receive the presentation topic in advance so that you can prepare and remember; the interview process is a two-way street; we want you to have the opportunity to decide whether TT Electronics is the right place for you too.
Soon after attending our assesment centre, we'll let you know if you have secured a place. Our graduate roles will start on the 7th of September 2026.
