Based at one of 6 manufacturing facilities across the UK, our graduate scheme spans three key streams - Engineering, Operations, and Commercial, all of which sit at the heart of what we do as an engineering design - led manufacturing business.
As an Engineering graduate you’ll gain exposure to a variety of workstreams from design and process improvement to assembly, quality and test. You’ll work on real design to manufacturing projects, turning ideas into practical, high-performance products from concept and prototyping through to production and process improvement.
As an Operations graduate you’ll gain hands-on experience in how we bring our designs to life, from planning and production to quality and continuous improvement, learning how to make great engineering happen efficiently and sustainably.
As a Commercial graduate you’ll build the relationships that keep our business growing, supporting sales, business development and customer engagement, helping to shape the long-term partnerships that underpin our success.
