TT Technology Heads to the Moon with Artemis II

As Artemis II makes its historic journey around the Moon, the world is watching a new chapter of human space exploration unfold. For the first time in more than fifty years, a crewed spacecraft is travelling beyond low Earth orbit, and TT Electronics is proud to have contributed to this remarkable achievement.

Artemis II is carrying four astronauts on a ten day mission designed to rigorously test the Orion spacecraft’s systems in preparation for future lunar landings. It marks a major milestone in returning humans to deep space and lays the groundwork for the next era of exploration.

Behind this mission is an extraordinary amount of engineering excellence, and TT Electronics is part of that story. Across the Orion spacecraft and the Space Launch System booster, more than twenty TT components are estimated to be on board. Among them is our 5 1 digitizer and accelerometer circuit, a critical element supporting guidance for Orion and the cryogenic systems of the SLS rocket. These technologies were designed to perform reliably in some of the harshest conditions imaginable, and their presence on Artemis II is a testament to the skill and dedication of our engineers and technicians.

Their work reflects the precision, resilience and innovation that define TT Electronics. Contributing to a mission of this scale requires uncompromising quality and a deep commitment to performance, and our teams have delivered exactly that.

The mission travelled over 695,000 miles before a safe splashdown in the Pacific Ocean, delivering vital data and insight for what comes next.

Artemis II is another step towards sustained lunar exploration and a future beyond Earth. We are proud to have supported every mile and remain excited for the journey ahead.
