New family of compact, high-efficiency AC/DC power supplies spans 65W to 330W, combining GaN technology with medical-grade safety and reliability
TT Electronics, a global leader in engineered electronics for performance-critical applications, today announced the expansion of its power electronics portfolio with the launch of the TEAM series of GaN-based AC/DC power supplies. The new range — comprising the TEAMD150, TEAMD180, TEAMD250, TEAMD330 desktop power supplies and the TEAMW65I wall-mount adapter — delivers continuous output power from 65W to 330W, giving medical device manufacturers and healthcare equipment designers a single, scalable family of power solutions built on Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology.
At the entry point of the range, the TEAMW65I is a compact wall-mount power supply delivering up to 65W of continuous power. Built as a Class II, double-insulated device, it ships with interchangeable AC plugs for ease of use across multiple global regions, making it well suited to home healthcare devices, patient monitoring equipment, laboratory instruments, electronic medical records (EMR) stations and instrumentation panels.
For higher-power applications, the TEAMD series — available in 150W, 180W, 250W and 330W variants — offers desktop AC/DC switching power supplies in both Class I and Class II input configurations. Each model accepts IEC320 C14, C6, C8 or C18 inlets, mating with interchangeable AC cords for worldwide use, and is designed to support demanding applications including medical diagnostic equipment, home healthcare devices, patient monitoring systems, laboratory equipment and medical imaging devices.
Across the entire TEAM series, GaN technology enables a smaller footprint and higher efficiency than comparable silicon-based designs, with efficiency levels of up to 95%. Every model in the range includes:
The TEAMD desktop series (TEAMD150/180/250/330) complies with IEC 60601-1 and IEC 62368-1 safety standards and meets EN55011, FCC Part 15, EN55032, EN61000, CISPR11 and CISPR32 emissions limits, supporting deployment in regulated medical markets worldwide.
The TEAMW65I wall-mount adapter meets FCC and EN55011 Class B emission limits and complies with UL, IEC and CE requirements, along with additional regional approvals for global use.
The TEAMW65I, TEAMD150, TEAMD180, TEAMD250 and TEAMD330 are available now from TT Electronics, with modified and custom variants available on request.
